  • I went in to find a new food for my dog who has chronic pancreatitis and has very specific dietary needs. I was immediately greeted by Donna, a staff member, who was very friendly and willing to help. She must have checked every can and bag in the store to find just the right ratio of nutrition for my dog, and even phoned another staff member for suggestions. She was super patient, friendly and very very helpful, especially considering there was such a wide selection of food to choose from. I was extremely grateful for all the help I received, and the level of customer service was excellent. The store itself is very clean and well-organized, with wide aisles so you can see everything clearly. I really appreciated the level of service I was given, and the tidy appearance of the store made me want to shop there again, even though I don't live close by. I will definitely be returning to this location from now on.
