As far as pizza is concerned, the three pizzas had varied from good to lousy. The one major complaint was the crust was soggy. Not limp, but soggy wet as a dish towel, why is this so limp.
The "Gotham" tasted good, the crust was soggy.
The "Forager" tasted good, The cust was not as soggy as the following nightmarish Pizza but far from crisp.
The "North Beach" just was horrid. Clams were in the shell and just baked on top of the pizza? What did we miss here? Why include clams if the pizza could not absorb the flavor of the seafood? The Crust was a MESS! The Clam liquid obviously bubbled onto the pizza and just soaked the pizza. This was a complete FAIL!
The wings were meh, ok in a chain restaurant type of place.
The server, Aaron (I think was the name) was excellent. He was professional, helpful and the true bright spot of the experience.
