  • AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CLOTHES! I brought in a cashmere scarf to be dry-cleaned, and it came back with MULTIPLE HOLES and STAINS. They asked me to file a customer complain and i got a letter back saying that because they followed the care instruction, they are not going to do anything about it. They didn't even offer me a refund on the cleaning cost.
