I've never posted a negative review because I'm not that person. Plus I understand how difficult it is to run a business and people make mistakes. It took a lot to get me to this point, but this place did that and more.
I've never in my life experienced such TERRIBLE customer service. Every person in there is rude and obnoxious. They act like your order is an inconvenience. We run a marketing and media company and we deal with several screen printers on a regular basis. We've ordered from Bowdacious several times and will never do it again.
They always promise orders will be ready on a certain day and time and they never deliver. I was in there this afternoon to pick up an order for my radio show. They had promised us it would be ready when we called it in on Weds. It was TWO logo's for screen printing!
They told me they hadn't started it yet because they had 36 jerseys ahead of me that were "more important" and they close at 5. I explained that we were told it would be ready, we asked twice to make sure and we put our trust in them for our big event this weekend. The guy who does the logo's said "you didn't talk to me and I'm the one doing it." He said he couldn't get it done. Then the woman he was working with- the only one who seemed to even half-heartledly care- said they would try and I should call back just before 5pm and check.
I called back at 4:45 and this woman put me on hold for almost 15 mins before she came back on and told me to hold again. Another woman picked up and I asked her if they were ready. She started going on and on about the jerseys not even being done and they were already staying late on a Friday. I asked her straight up if my order would be done, and she lost her mind.
She screamed at me "I told you the jerseys aren't done and they're ahead of you. This is the 2nd time. You were in here earlier. What do you want me to tell you?" I said they had been promised by today and we really need them. She screamed again "when are you gonna get it through your head?!? They arent gonna be done!!"
I told her she's rude and obnoxious and should never scream at a customer. Then I called her a couple of choice names and hung up.
This is not the 1st time this has happened. Last time the owner started complaining to me about customer expectations and demands because they had promised us something they couldn't deliver and they were pissed that I expected them to make good on their promise.
I would NEVER, EVER give this business or this woman another dime and neither should you. They have no idea what customer service is and they don't deserve your business.
Unbelievable.
