I am very dissatisfied with your owner and managerial skills. I recently bought three baklava they were very oily, not flaky and not sweet, they usually are great. I was told by one of your managers to contact her to discuss the baklava so I went into the store she was already gone and your other manager that never would come out of the back decided to call the owner and the owner decided he wasn't going to do anything besides replace one baklava. This customer service is un exceptable especially for an owner. I have been going to gyro time for over 20+ years but will not go back again. I don't think $7.00 was worth losing a lifelong customer. How much do you think they are worth? I am in business for myself and would never treat my customers as if they were a liar. Keep up the great work in running customers off.
