  • Mississauga Location- Worst customer service, I regret not reading reviews before coming here but was sucked in by a groupon! First off I came in person with lots of questions about Lazer since it was my first time and the girl at the front desk didn't even bother to mention that the areas must be fully shaved a day before, had to come in twice. Second, the staff convinced me that the groupon deal was bad because apparently coming in every 8 weeks for 6 sessions won't remove the hair and I need to come in every 4 weeks for best results- which is A LIE by the way that's actually most effective as it lets the hair start a new growth cycle another professional in the industry confirmed this- so the staff made me buy a different package and were trying to get me in more frequently to waste money. Third, that same receptionist was so disorganized that she didn't even email me the paperwork before my visit so I had to waste time doing it during my scheduled appointment. This location doesn't even have a direct phone number so good luck getting in contact with them as it puts you through the Toronto location nor do they pick up or check voicemails. Now they're so busy because of the groupons they don't even have availability to book subsequent appointments I'm already waiting 9 weeks for my second appointment...fail. I had to go in person to see if anyone cancelled since they are awful at answering phones. Now I'm locked in......
