  • Recently Dr.Rowe and his staff have taken over for Dr. Warren. I was skeptical. I love love love Michelle at the front desk. I miss her mucho since I haven't been in. She knows her shit and knows how to get things done. My sister has been seeing Dr. Rowe since Dr. Warren left and she is very happy with him. Today she hit a snag. She had some oral surgery done early this morning and was supposed to have a temporary plate put in directly after her surgery. The lab dropped the ball so she had to hang out in town (she lives two hours away) after having wisdom teeth removed, posts put in....and wait. Not so much fun for me, or for her. After a little darvocet she couldn't get her bearings and she friggin' passed out on me. I caught her as she was going down. I was cursing, she was falling. My mother was circling and panicking. It takes a lot to make me panic. I knew she'd be okay... She doesn't wear "pasty, pale, sweaty white" well but we'd work with it. I immediately called Michelle, she put Dr. Rowe right on. He was very concerned and had me give him details about the meds she took and food she ate. My parents left her with me to go pick up her temporary teef . When they got there the staff was very concerned and even gave her a beautiful note with a generous gift card for gas since they know she travels so far to see them. Y 5 stars! Y
