Love my provider, Dr Cropp, however the patient services are extremely poor, the front desk staff are cold and insensitive and the phone service to make appointments or ask questions is not staffed appropriately. I was turned away twice for SCHEDULED appointments. Neither a well appointment, both sick patient appointments. Literally turned away as if I walked into a busy nail salon...and to "come back later". Absolutely ridiculous. I have been a patient for 7 years and sad that for whatever has transpired in the past 6 months, the service has deteriorated profusely. Very sad to loose a doctor that's been apart of your child's life for multiple years. But considering my daughter was standing sick in their waiting room and turned away- perhaps a blessing to have to go somewhere else for care.
