I've been a member here for a long time and have never had a complaint until now. I recently had my debit card stolen and took care of it at the Rainbow location where I received excellent service. I showed up to tan after work tonight at 915 where Carly already had the mop out and was ready to close. She informed me I couldn't tan since my debit card was stolen although I have already paid for my whole month of December in cash(since my bank just sent my new card to me and have yet to receive it)! And I have been tanning all month! Because Palm Beach decided to hire a lazy employee Who wanted to close early they just lost a loyal customer of three years.
