  • Pros: this hotel is reasonably priced and clearly newly renovated. Really nice pool and hot tub Whirlpool tub very nice in upgraded room. great location One staff member at front desk very polite. Even allowed me to cancel one of my 4 non refundable rooms. Cons: We had several room bugs spotted in every room Maid service isn't great. Only made bed left trash in cans, didn't clean counters, tub (dirt from washing of shoes from dirt on shoes, clearly noticeably). Didn't replace soaps and bathroom tissue. Check in process nothing was explained. IE: pool, laundry, gym, or anything. No silver ware? Plastic or other wise No towels at pool or hot tub Bed wasn't comfortable at all. Pillows were cheap. I ask manager call me never did. All in all this coiled be a great hotel. It still needs some work.
