  • HORRIBLE. I am no longer renting from them for the past 2 months now and I still have yet to receive my security deposit. The receptionist at the desk is lazy and a liar. I had a 13 month lease and in that time they have always kept me waiting for maintenance, unlawfully had my car towed, and gave me pool fines that totaled 1k and never showed me surveillance for their decision. Speaking to the manager Dan is impossible because he's either "never in office" or "busy and will call back". Yes I'm still waiting on him to call me back. They will do anything just to keep your deposit. Renting from them is very risky.
