  • I love Capri!! When I first moved to Phoenix from Buffalo, we had a hard time finding a place and some very rude leasing agents, Capri staff was completely helpful even staying an hour late just to help fax paperwork with our co-signer. Every time I need something at the office, I go in and spend at least ten min having a conversation with the ladies (mind you I'm 28). Anytime I have had a maintenance issue, it's fixed within the day! In regards to people with the late fees, they will only charge late fees after what you owe is not paid within fifteen days I think, we had a two dollar balance and they said it was fine to add it to our next bill, no problem at all. You can't control how people act when you live around so many, if you don't want the risk of people being stupid or chances of unclean people bringing in bugs then by a house where you are your own landlord and do not live at a complex, the chances of those things are 10x more likely. the only complaint I have is we need a bigger apt there already!
