  • So my wife bought me an Apple Watch there. She liked the salesman. Said he was great, but when we went back to put the screen protector on it. They charged 8 dollars to install (we had paid 12 for the protector). So we decided to pay, but then it had a dust spot under that would drive me nuts. So I asked if they could redo it. If you're going to charge for a service than do it right. The girl said she couldn't do any better and asked another girl to do it. She didn't want to do because she didn't feel comfortable. I really don't know who ended up doing it because they asked me to walk around. Which is another way of saying get away from us. They brought it back to me and it was worse than before but they used the excuse that there was water underneath and it would get better in a couple days. I told the guy I didn't think it would but he just repeated himself. Now if I had gone in and they said we can put on the screen protector for you at no charge but the way it comes out is the way it comes out. I would have been fine with that, but if you're going to charge for a service it better be done right. Almost feel like returning the Apple Watch and getting it somewhere else.
