I would give NEGATIVE stars if it were an option. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional group of managers in my life. Not only is the customer service lacking, but my phone calls are avoided and I have been treated extremely poorly. I was basically told that it was my fault that they continued to charge my credit card after I personally went in and cancelled my membership...unless I meant to go in and cancel and never actually did (this is actually what one of the managers said to me). Another told me that maybe I should watch my bank statement a little better. WOW. I was hung up on the last time I called (again after being promised a call back and it never happened). I joined this gym because of the low monthly rates, but along with that you get low customer service and competence levels of the managerial staff. It is also interesting that there is no way to reach the corporate level of this business. This is also not the first "issue" they have had so I would stay away.
