Staff was great. The food was OK but not great. One thing that was quite bad was the steamed clams. Way too salty and that seemed like the only seasoning. If they had drained most of the water and thrown in a stick of butter and some garlic they'd be much improved.
We got there at 7 on a Friday night and were seated quickly, go figure.
Value ? I'm no Vegas buffet expert but I'd say below average value. Paid almost $50 at the Aria and felt OK about it. (Aria had better seafood but, as you might guess, not sushi selection).
