  • Customer Service Experience: I've been to this location about 3 times already and my customer service experience had been alright without any problems. Yesterday, I joined my friend to pick up one of her orders, and wanted to know more about an item that was in the showroom on display. I approached a lady with curly hair with blonde dyes and did not have a pleasant customer service experience... at ALL! The item I was inquiring about and on display did not really match the color in the description so I had kindly asked for further clarification, and if there are additional finishes to choose from. But what I got from her was attitude and she just repeated the same answers (1 word) over and over without any clarifications I was looking for. This type of customer service (if even considered) is not tolerable at all. I do not recall speaking to customers like that when I was in a sales floor previously. For her, I would have given a 1 star rating, but previously there were other sales at the same location that would at times acknowledge me as a customer - I'm sure she is not a true reflection of this team's customer service.
