  • I called to schedule an appointment for my dog to get shots and discuss being spayed. They scheduled my appointment for noon. I showed up 20 min early to fill out paper work. No one came in to the room once we were there. I had to ask if anyone even knew we were in there. A tech came and peeked to the window and immediately walked away. Shortly after the girl from the front came and said they were running behind but didn't have a time for me even though I had an appointment. After that no one came back. I'm VERY disappointed in the lack of customer service or concern for keeping appointments.
