  • First things first...The Butcher Block staff are a kind and generous group of folks that make you feel like family each and every time I visit. That goes a very long way in my book! :) I grill year round and my family and I are thrilled that we are able to purchase quality meats from a quality business in our neighborhood. At times, I have special requests due to having braces and I ask to have the chicken thighs tenderized. I grill the chicken and it comes out fantastic! The selection and quality of meat (and lots of other goodies) are superb! Items that I have purchased are as follows: Wagyu beef hotdogs, bbq burgers #yum, stuffed mushrooms, sausage and lots of chicken! All appetizing and expertly prepared by an outstanding group of good people.
