  • Back to same difficulties month after month. Equipment breaks and they were in no rush. We had to go pick up ventilator equipment. That is crazy. Excuse after excuse how busy they are. We will be going elsewhere. Part of problem is it's a huge company and get a call center. Then get transferred a few times before getting right person. The only Rt we trusted has left the company so we will leave also.
