  • The worse customer service airline in the world. Just looking at these reviews and it surprises me they are still in business. Their fares are not that much cheaper most of the time after they add all the fees and then you get the worse customers service ever. I would much rather pay a higher fare then pay them anymore. I hope people get tired of it and they go out of business.
