  • Thanks to Yelp, once again I found another great service!!! My poor cat was having a change in his toilet habits and I could not figure out what was going on! He goes one day and then does not use the box for a whole day! I was getting concerned as this was going on for about a week and a half. I took him to his regular vet hospital, but found that the doctor I liked was no longer there. Needless to say, I took him anyway cause the weekend was coming up, and I would be out of town for the next work day. While he had been seen by the practice's relief doctor, my cat spent the next day not doing either of his business in the box. This was a Sunday and I was worried...I looked on yelp and found the Rainbow Animal Hospital open and with great reviews! I called and explained my cat's issue, and the person who answered listened to everything....did not cut me off to tell me they were booked for the day with only one doctor. Instead she told me to if I could come in about an hour, they would get me in somehow. When my cat and I arrived, we were greeted kindly and escorted into an examination room right away. I filled out the necessary paperwork and then waited for the doctor to see my boy. We were met by Dr. Alric Vensand who then examined, did the necessary tests, and explained his diagnosis to me thoroughly. Boy, was I relieved! Also, they use Feliway calming products in their examination rooms, and I noticed that my cat seemed a little calmer here than at his regular vet or the all cat vet he has been to. I have definitely found my new vet for my boy! I was truly impressed from start to finish! Though RAH is a bit of a drive away from me ( and my cat does not like to ride in the car), it is well worth the trip for the kind, caring , compassionate service you receive here!
