The level of customer service was lacking on the day my daughter rented this establishment for 2 hours 7/30/16 .The dress finder seemed impatient or annoyed on several occasions. Specifically, there was a sense of urgency to get started before all the guests had arrived, then I moved a couch for the guests who did not have a seat and was told it was blocking the runway, a glass of clear wine inadvertently turned over where a guest promptly got paper towels and cleaned up while the dresser watched and made a flip comment about already messing up, and lastly when comments about two of the dresses were made she answered in a defensive manner. I found her actions not at all accommodating.
