  • The pick-up and delivery service goes a long way and I'm willing to pay higher prices to save time. Compared to a comparable cleaner in the area, the garments are cleaned equally or higher quality (and I'm not talking about a $2.75 dry cleaner...huge difference in quality!). Prices are roughly 7% cheaper across the board than competitor Bell Cleaners. I agree they may not be 'organic' but their process is less toxic than competitors. My only complaint is that they could reduce some of the wrapping, plastic inserts etc to be more environmental. It can be difficult to communicate care instructions for a specific garments on the delivery service. I usually drop those items off. They recently outsourced their alternations which increased pricing and turn-around time. Overall though, they are competitive, do a great job, and DELIVER!
