  • We dropped our truck off for some recall repair work. Setting up the appointment was easy. Rebecca in Ram service was great and very attentive. We showed up a day late to pick up the truck and Larry helped us get the keys even after service was closed. Then after he spent all this time getting us ready to go we decided to leave the truck for a dent repair quote. He texted me that night and the following morning to let me know my truck was where it was supposed to be. Larry is a salesman. This was not his job and he took responsibility anyways. That's great service. I couldn't be happier over all with Keffer Ram. I will go back there if we are looking to buy a car or need repairs from now on and recommend then to everyone.
