  • Today I got a cut and balayage colour. I went in to try out chatters for the first time as they had a great promotion going and I needed a new hair stylist close to home. At first I was happy when I left the salon, the other stylists were even commenting how great it turned out after so that seemed reassuring. I even planned to come back to in 3 weeks to further lighten the ends.. But having a closer look at it I when I got home, I was surprised just how bad some parts actually looked! :'( Colour wise it turned out great, however the technique was definitely lacking. In some places it was patchy and I also noticed weird horizontal streaks cutting across the highlights! 2 stars because the girl who did my hair was at least very sweet and fairly accommodating, plus the colour she recommended was great. But overall I'm quite upset that I have to go again to another salon when it should have been done properly the first time.
