I spent the summer in Scottsdale/Phoenix for work and sprained my ankle during a hiking. I was trying to find something to do so that I can get some sort of cardio while waiting for my ankle to heal. I came across rpm and it's the best thing happened!!! the instructors and staff were very friendly and encouraging. I was new to spinning so they also took time to help me with adjusting the bikes and clipping on the spinning shoes. People in the studio seem to come here a lot and are pretty fit. But do not be intimidated at all! I was not very fit and could not keep up with the pace when I first started and was totally comfortable with just going at my own pace and just doing the best I could. The instructors were very encouraging but do not push/pressure you so it was great!! I did improve later on too. Thank you so much rpm for having me for the summer!!!
