  • They were following me to the destination then turned the opposite way and did not show up until an hour and a half later after I called them numerous times for them to say "I put the wrong customer address in and ended up at the wrong place" in another city. After unpacking I realized my laptop was not in the storage tub I had placed it in with my comforters and blankets. I did sign a paper after they unloaded everything that stated "everything was off the truck" because it was... I am more than positive they "got lost" on purpose to ramble through my things. Not to mention how clumsy they are, one of the guys picked up my lamp which is hollow and light and somehow fell on top of it and broke it.!
