| - I honestly do not even know where to begin with this complex. Every day there is a new staff member in the office who does not know an answer to very important questions that residents will have.
The staff are all fresh out of High School, so if you're in your 30's you will be able to sense how disorganized this Alliance company is and you will be frustrated.
In the tours the "sweet" staff will deceive you... they tell you pool is heated year long, it's not. They say they provide bottled water...they don't. They advertise a "free month" to new residents, it's not unless it's a 3 bedroom. They charge you $35.00 a month for a ridiculous garbage disposal fee that no one picks up half the time, they take DAYS to respond to issues; for example my toilet would not flush (still doesn't after renting since January) and they took 3 days to come fix that. I swear, it's non stop chaos in this building and the office is extremely shady and constant lies are being told.
I've had enough when 3 separate occasions in ONE week when my authorized car parking spot has been taken by someone else and there is NO solution at 12 am?! How is his possible? So I have to drive around this maze parking garage which has no cameras to find a spot. There are no cameras in the entire parking garage as well as throughout the building for example the hallways and all the other important areas which I find extremely dangerous for guests and renters. Every place has cameras these days for safety reasons, but not this place... someone marked my car up but I can't find out who.
The fire alarms went off CRAZY LOUD at 3 am this morning, everyone for the most part left their units and we're all wondering what was going on but we were all left with no answers. Again, at 9 AM the fire alarms went off again and then one more time after that. When I went to walk my dog I saw a young girl who works in the office who advised me that she was giving a tour and she could not give me an honest answer, instead she said it was a malfunction and that I need to go to the office. You would think that such a big building with so many renters that the office would have the courtesy to send an email out??
On January 5th I was attacked by a NON RESIDENT whose been illegally staying in the complex for over 3 months, after her boyfriend booted her and moved out himself. This girl has been bullying other residents and FINALLY she has been removed from the property. She bullied anyone she could until she had no friends and then proceeded to damage my property by egging my car... who does that anymore??! The office did NOTHING to help me and bc of their no help, I was attacked by this beast of a female.
Not only was I attacked on property for this incident, yet I was attacked prior and their excuse is "we don't have cameras in parking lot." Well, Palladium... you advertise it on your website that you have cameras, you advertise a dog park (which has been sitting there for nearly 3 months after they said it would be finished in two weeks, for there is no dog park and never has been, also advertise "specials" but when you get to office they say it's only for 3 bedrooms.
If you want to live in a very unstable and poorly managed complex then the Palladium is the place for you, otherwise keep looking and you will find it cheaper and nicer apartments that are managed professionally. The newest "Business Manager" aka "Property Manager" is the biggest joke. The guy can't even speak English in court or the office.
He banned me from the office because he claims I was rude, when all I did was ask him for help regarding my outrageous rent increase and he denied me (probably bc he can't speak proper English or explain in English I'm assuming. How did this guy get a job in America? He's the most awful person I've met dealing with awful complexes who take advantage of renters. Tiss tiss; I'll let karma get him. Long story short, this property is loud and dirty with dog poop all over the rocks & garbage that they force you to pay (in addition to your rent) 35.00 when the no one picks up your trash. "We are trying to get this issue resolved." That's all you will hear, but you won't see anything resolved. Lots of drama in that place and so glad I got out of there feel free to message me if you need any advice.
