  • This review is for Judi, the skin care treatment specialist, only. She is nearly impossible to reach. I had to leave four messages and I still did not get a call back until nearly a week after my first message. I clearly stated the date & time I would like to make an appointment & asked her to call me back to just let me know if that was available. When did she call back? Five hours after the appointment time I was requesting. Unbelievable. I even called the front office staff to find out if she was on vacation. She wasn't. She was there every time I called. Don't go to her. Apparently, she doesn't need your money & customers are just an annoying afterthought.
