Booked a massage here because it was close to the hotel. I definitely wasn't disappointed by any means with the service in my massage room (that's why I gave it a 3 instead of a 2). Although, the front desk and "quiet room" service was a little awkward.
It seemed that the people helping out up front had difficulties "taking care" of their clients. I was placed in the "quiet room" to wait for my spa service. As I waited, two different front desk girls continually came through the door to fill up water pitchers, make tea, and replenish glasses. This room was definitely not a quiet room.
Typically, when at the spa, you put your robe on immediately before entering the quiet room. When asked if I could change into my robe (after I was in the quiet room for 20 + minutes), I was told that I could but that I could also do it when I get into the massage room. It seemed like my question was off-the-wall and I might have confused the person I was asking the question to.
The overall massage was very good and made up for the sophomoric front desk workers. After the hour was up, I felt so good that I didn't even pay attention to the help during the check-out process. I went back to the hotel happy.
