  • My review is more on the service. First time here and we ordered all waffle ice cream one scoop inside and we ordered a honey toast one scoop with about three toppings each. Nothing custom just straight off the menu. I saw they had the advisor notice that wait times are not the same for every order as some have difference in "difficulty level". I waited about 40 mins for my other half of my order and that's where everything went wrong. I got my waffle ice cream scoop which was good nothing to crazy. The waffle was made fresh which was good and one scoop vanilla and a few toppings. We waited so much longer for that toast. After I went to the front, after about 30 mins and asked for my order they said they were making it I waited some more and I saw I think she was the manager/owner making a toast and it didn't look like mine but she saw I was waiting. It wasn't mine it was someone who walked in maybe 15-20 mins after me. I don't know how mine got skipped but it did she serves her first THEN makes mine. I asked for a to go since being there waiting for so long with my kids it was time to go. Watching her make it was only about 3 mins because I stayed right in front so they don't forget I'm still here waiting for my order. I didn't get an apology it was like it was expected for me to eat. I don't understand if they were baking the bread from scratch for my order or what. She showed me the toast was in the oven warming up. So that was not a good experience for service. It was a fun atmosphere and I understand every dessert or order is detailed but come on. That was excessively waiting especially after seeing a customer got the same order as mine before me and they came in after me.
