  • The reason for my review is because I feel that my intelligence has been insulted. I went to this store to look for cute dog tags. I got lucky and found some that were 50% OFF. I bought two. One for each of my dogs. I asked if engraving was available and the owner said it was but would need to be mailed to me. I agreed, and paid for the dog tags. A couple of weeks go by and I receive ONE of the two dog tags. I stop in at the store so that I can figure out what happened. The owner says that I only purchased one tag. I know that I didn't "purchase one dog tag" because if I buy for one dog, I always buy for the other. I let the owner know this and she insisted that I only bought one. I didn't want to argue and I figured that I would let it slide. I ask to order another one. She processes my second order for one tag. I pay for the tag and give her the info I want engraved on it. Long story short, I have yet to see this dog tag. I haven't returned to this store. I will not return to this store. I feel that she is a liar and obviously a thief. It's not about the tag anymore. It's the principle of the fact.
