  • I had the chance to visit White Castle for my first experience ever, and I was left satisfied. For a quick-service fast-food take-out location, their customer service is amazing and the food isn't too shabby. Given their price point (compared to McDonalds and other larger fast food chains), this one definitely had better service and better quality. It's a 24/7 location which means sometimes service can be hit or miss, but their staff were absolutely cheerful for a 6 am on a random Wednesday in February. My only concern is all the packaging - I really don't need to have a paper bag provided for two small sliders and all the additional napkins. Aside from that, continue to do what you do.
