  • I purchased my Lexus from West Sahara location in 2010. I made an appointment for a safety recall to replace my passenger side Air Bag. I made an appointment for 8:30am, hoping i would get my car back by 1:00pm. Nope, Lexus just call me to tell me car will be ready by 2:45pm. Wow, more then 6hrs to replace a Air Bag. I had the same recall on my Honda and they took 1 hour to get the job done last week. a appointment is not an appointment, just a tool for them to have your car a day so they can ruin your day. Thanks Lexus!!
