  • Found this tour by accident.... We thought it was going to be a tour of their shoe warehouse... which turns out to be in Kentucky or some place... but we still went. Zappos graciously picked us up from our hotel and drove us to their headquarters. The tour was a great experience packed full of insights and philosophy about their company and customer service. Tony was our tour guide and he really made the tour interesting from start to finish. Go on a tour and grab some insight into the Zappos work culture. It's pretty impressive and worth your time!
