After recently purchasing a newer version Xbox One I decided to pawn my old Halo limited edition 1TB console. I went in and was quoted by a manager at $150 (I also thought the system was only 500GB for this quote) but because I didn't have the controller they said they couldn't take it. I was annoyed but understood. I returned a few days later with the box, cords, controllers and everything else perfectly packaged and pristine. This time a new manager, Karen was working and she offered me $100. I politely tell her the manager I talked with just a few days ago had offered me $150 even when I thought it was the smaller 500GB version. Karen proceeds to trash talk the manager saying his quote was incorrect and the best she could do was $130. I don't like to spend my time in pawn shops as it is and accepted her offer just to get it over with. We then proceed to hook up the Xbox to prove that it works. I had restored it to factory settings before bringing it in and needed to connect to WiFi for the initial setup. Karen tells me I am not allowed to hook it up to the stores WiFi (she made it seem like they didn't even have WiFi) and I could try hooking it up to the free Wendy's WiFi across the street. This obviously didn't work. Karen proceeded to be extremely rude and unhelpful and then blatantly walked off to help other customers. After I left, I went to the SuperPawn off West Washington and not only were they extremely helpful and nice but they offered me $200 right off the bat. Long story short, AVOID this SuperPawn location at all costs.
