  • I did the 30 day intro for $60 and was very pleased. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They offer a number of classes throughout the day, which worked really well with my varying schedule. They also offer mat rentals for $2, renting glass jars as a water bottle and have a small retail section with yoga clothing and gear (which was very helpful when I showed up without pants for my class!) The change rooms were spacious and bright, with a number of showers stocked with soap and a hair dryer if needed. I liked the majority of the instructors who taught my classes. Many did a great job at fostering safe space (e.g. Asking for consent before providing any adjustments) as well as providing modifications, with and without equipment, to poses for beginner like me! The space is easily to reach by TTC and there are a few parking lots nearby. I was really pleased with this studio and would definitely go back!
