  • I used to love this place. Came once a week. Great selection. Last time i came the toilet in the men's room was overflowing and i had to step in sewage to go to the bathroom. Today, the AC unit in the front door leaked water on my head as I walked in. I stood at the Pho counter for 5 minutes with waitress coming and going and no one served me. Prices going up, quality and service going down. Is it that hard to not have some sewage or liquid get all over your customers?
