  • I had to wait nearly 5 hours in the lobby with my cat. I arrived before 9:00 PM and did not leave until after 2:00 AM. Absolutely beyond ludicrous. I had the only cat during that time period, and they were clearly seeing dogs who had arrived AFTER ME first. In the end, I did not get to see a doctor until the lobby was practically empty, and my cat was the only patient remaining. Are dogs more important? The doctor was fine.
