My husband and I were craving Vietnamese food. We found this restaurant on yelp and decided to give it a try, and I am so glad we did!
The moment you walk in, you can smell the delicious spices in the broth from the pho soup. I decided on a pho, while my husband tried the thin rice vermicelli. The broth from my soup was salty, a bit sweet from the star anise, and had a very slight spice at the end from pepper. The combination of flavors was perfect and just what I hoped for. You can tell this soup has been simmered for hours and cooked with love
If you have never tried pho, check this place out! I've tried several places around the valley and have never had pho this good before!
