  • When you come to Jacks, you know what you're getting consistently good bar food with great device. Tonight was no exception. We came on a Friday night and the place was packed. Unfortunately my fingers were cold. The server not only comped them, they gave me a second order for free. This type of customer service inspires loyalty.
