  • Whatever you do, don't get talked into a membership with this company! My husband and I have numerous stored massages that we can't use because we can never get in there! So they have a ton our money!! You can't get into see anybody ; tried other locations same thing happens. It's bad business that they push something that they can't support! Shame on you Massage Envy. Only time you can ever get in is if you schedule months out. Seriously ?! People are busy, things happen and when you need them, nope they aren't there. But they have your money and in our case, a lot of it. Never again .
