  • I paid 20 bucks for the works interior and exterior cleaning and my car still had dirt and bugs stuck to the outside and my interior was still dirty and had spots all over my dash and screen. I told them to wipe my passenger seat down as it had a water mark and they said I would have to pay 50 dollars to get it detailed. They also said they were gonna put the black ice air freshener in and I didn't smell anything. The vacuuming was the only good thing but I could've done that if I knew that was the only thing they would do well. I brought my car to my moms house after as she has car cleaning products and she and I cleaned my whole interior after with soap and water and armor all with a dollar store microfiber cloth, and got all the spots off the outside with canuba wax. I should've paid my 64 year old mom instead when she did a better job than the professionals! For 20 bucks they should definitely live up to what they say they'll do for the works wash. Won't return anymore. I've gone here numerous times and have never left feeling my car was as good as I hoped it would be. After reading other reviews I can see I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience here.
