rev:text	This is for THIS Petco's grooming I hate this grooming. We have lived in 4 states and each time we bring our 9 year old shih Pooh In all of the other states she has gotten out at a reasonable time. Not this place. When we first moved here she was there 6.5 hours! It was during the holidays so I tried to give them another chance. Today they said 3-4 hours at the most. My husband went to get her and was waiting around 4.5 hours. Then when he got her THEY WERE SO RUDE TO HIM They said she was very difficult and showed scratches on their arms. She has been since she is a puppy and has never had a complain besides she doesn't like her face cut. She's 10 lbs!!! I am glad we are moving and this is our last time bc the groomers are not trained and apparently can't handle a 10 lbs dog. My dog also doesn't scratch that hard to show scratches. I'm so mad at this place and I feel bad for any dog that has to sit in a crate for hours at a time and then to be treated rudely by "groomers"
