I rented a car from them for a week. Overall, nothing to complain about. However, after I returned the car. I realized I left some belongings in there. What followed was the the worst display of customer service. The staff at the booth indicated that they are not responsible for belongings left in the car. Which is understandable, I simply asked for a chance to get in the car to see if my belongings were there. They refused to let me do that, I asked if they have a lost and found, apparently not. They referred me to this website where you have to create an account (at a cost), then select a parcel item for shipping (additional cost), all adding up to $100+. The site was managed from somewhere in Florida, all while my belongings are probably a few meters away inside the car. Needless to say, I gave up on trying to retrieve my belongings and am still shocked at how unsympathetic the staff were.
