My son visited this location to take advantage of the advertised $9.99 oil change. After I found out he spent $25 on the oil change I immediately called and asked about the special. I spoke with Cynthia who constantly interrupted me and eventually hung up on me after I tried explaining myself that I had just become aware of the $9.99 advertisement they have outside their building and wanted to know if they had any documentation I could pick up so that I may review the small print. I could barely get a word in when I finally was fed up with her extremely horrible customer service that I told her that I will tell everyone I know about this bad experience and recommend to others to never visit. She said that was fine and hung up after she said she'd forward my concern to the corporate office. I then visited the store to talk to her personally and she continued to ask me to remove myself from the property. She would not allow me to "ask for details" as the clearly marked advertisements say outside the building. She sent Michael outside to ask me to leave when I kindly introduced myself to the gentleman and asked him if they had the promotional information in writing so that I may review the limitations. He nicely replied that they did not have this information available. I thanked him for his patience and recommended that Cynthia obtain training on the current promotions so that she may be better fit for questions from customers in the future. I also recommended that she be removed from the front desk area until she has received proper customer service training to better serve the needs of the community who visit there. I will not ever be returning to Purrfect Auto Service. You'll see that I am not the only Yelp user who has been a victim of this, so I'm surprised that the owner Fadl D. has not done something permanently about this false advertisement. Fadl's responses on Yelp have a theme of, "We only want what's best for our customers." The other half of that sentence should be, "so we nickel and dime you and make you pay extra for services and parts you don't necessarily need - we just want you to have brand new everything and want you to pay top dollar for it." Don't fall for this bait and switch!
