| - As a non-Asian person, I gotta throw in a positive score to even out the Negative Nancy's out there comparing this to the most authentic Chinese food ever and the Debbie Downer's complaining about the hefty price tag. The restaurant is nicely decorated, clean, with a lovely eloquent atmosphere--exactly what you'd expect of the Wynn and really any upscale Vegas resort. The service is friendly and efficient. The food stands out and is packed with flavor. The prices may seem steep for small portions, but the amount of meat and goodies they stuff into every dish is quite substantial and great quality. We had several dim sum items, including Cantonese pot stickers (these are awesome!), shiu mai (huge and tasty), Shanghainese pork dumplings (yummy soup dumplings), prawn dumplings and BBQ pork buns (like a fluffy cloud filled with amazingness). We also shared the Kung Pao Shrimp, which did not disappoint one bit. It was made unlike the usual Kung Pao dishes that everyone is used to (small, cubed veggies and meat), with huge shrimp and large chunks of fresh, crunchy veggies. Combined with fluffy jasmine rice and polished off with a pot of beautiful jasmine pearl green tea, this made for an excellent meal choice.
