rev:text	I would give this practice 0 stars if it was not for Dr Helms and nurse Elle. I'm sorry to have to say this and I really hope Dr. Helms sees this one day but this practice will be ruined by the idiots that work there. The front desk and checkout women, office manager, and billing manager are incompetent rude, ignorant women and ultimately the reason I left half way through my pregnancy. They charged me without running my insurance and made me pay out of pocket, refused to give me a financial breakdown, argued when I insisted upon it before I pay anything else, HUNG UP ON ME when I spent an entire 2 days on the phone sorting out the 'suspicious charges that couldn't be explained'... the list goes on and on. This time halfway through my SECOND pregnancy with them I'm done and I can't take their bullshit anymore. Dr. Helms is seriously amazing and one of the best doctors I have met I truly loved her. She's caring, patient, genuine, and down to earth. I can't say enough good things about her. Nurse Elle was awesome too. But seriously I'm so disappointed with this office. This practice will be ruined if they don't get their shit together and hire some credible people. Be prepared to wait forever to check out, be told you owe hundreds more than what you really do with no explanation, and when you try and get clarification and and demand to get your finances straightened out (since they can't seem to keep track of it) be prepared to be treated like shit and for them to not take any responsibility in the matter.
