  • I just walked out of my appointment with Fadi, i called yesterday and explained to him on the phone that i wanted to pay cash up front for the whole year and he said that i would have to go in for him to explain to me how it works, upon arriving he seemed pretty arrogant not welcoming at all, and he told me that if i want to pay up front for the year its $900 for the year and if i sign up for the monthly payments its $600, it absolutely doesn't make sense to me that if u wanna pay upfront for the year its $30 more a month when they should actually give u a deal for paying up front. I told him i didn't feel comfortable doing that because i have been with goodlife previously and they would take double payments out some months. I then asked if i could try out the gym he said that i couldn't because i was previously a member, i know how gyms work if you haven't been with a gym for more then one year( which i haven't been with goodlife for 3 years) you can try it out for 3 days specially if its a different gym. I then asked to speak to the manager he told me he is the manager with a smirk on his face, needless to say i will never step foot at a goodlife. They lost 2 customers(me and my husband) for good.
