  • Worst renting experience. The towing / parking issue is huge while living here. The streets surrounding the complex are always hard to get out of due to car parking on both sides of the street. Cars get towed all the time and the towing company they use are super rude. Though the apartment itself is nice and pretty basic everything else is not good. The dog park is always muddy and most residents have dogs and use it so it is very inconvenient. I have seen other apartment go for less or a bit more but for more amenities. The carpet in the hallways always smell funky and my husband and I have found dead rats on the stairs.
